hereby declare:
1) to have checked the track of the race and to have precisely controlled all potentially dangerous or tricky points, also in case of poor visibility, and to be fully aware of the risks to my health and / or to physical integrity associated with participating in the event, including those I may cause to others;
2) to be medically, technically able and properly trained to safely perform how required, also during nighttime;
3) to be – therefore – the only responsible for riding the mountain bike during the event in question, may it happen on the racetrack, or wherever else in the location of "Le Manie";
4) to waive organizers, volunteers, law enforcement personal, corporations, owners and / or users of land, all those involved in various capacities in the event for any harmful event that could happen or that my conduct could cause during the event wherever it may occur, from all present and future claims or liabilities of any kind (civil, criminal, administrative) arising out of my participation in the evens even though that liability may arise out of ordinary negligence or fault on the part of the persons named in this Waiver;
5) to recognize that the organizers have done everything possible, given the current rules and the particular nature of the event and the discipline sport of mountain biking, to avoid the occurrence of damage to people and things;
6) not to cause any damage to property or persons, even if that commitment could affect all or part of my sport results.
I have carefully read, clearly understand, and voluntarily sign this Waiver.

The undersigned hereby expressly and specifically accept, pursuant to the effects of Articles. 1341 and followings of the Italian Civil Code, the provisions of points 1), 2), 3), 4), 5), 6) of this Act, stating also that the same were individually negotiated between the parties, after re-examined the racetrack, as arranged by mutual agreement before signing.
